Location: Hybrid with 2 days in our Milton Keynes office

We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented People Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career to play a key role in supporting the People team and delivering a smooth, inclusive, and engaging employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll help ensure our people processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with our culture and values.

What you'll be doing






You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People team. Helping to manage key processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll be the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all Rightmovers, while helping to keep our people systems and processes running efficiently and in line with our values.



Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues where possible or directing them to the appropriate team member, such as a People Business Partner, to ensure timely and accurate support. Supporting the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and leavers. Manage employee benefits and liaise with providers to ensure a smooth experience for employees. Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, processes, and systems. Contribute to the delivery of people projects and process improvements. Maintain accurate data across all systems, preparing and updating reports and documentation as needed.



Who you are




Experience in a HR administrative role or exposure to HR through training is desirable, demonstrating a solid foundation in people processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint and able to undertake basic analysis and support in the creation of documents and presentations. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive & adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
