Job Description

Job Title:

People Partner

Salary:

Up to 60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Location:

London or Horsham (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)

Looking to join a people-first tech business where HR isn't just a support function, but a true business driver? This is a hands-on, high-impact People Partner role working across three fast-growing brands within a leading HR tech group. You'll be empowered to lead, trusted to deliver, and supported by a values-led culture that genuinely walks the talk.

The Business:

Part of a PE-backed group, this organisation powers businesses through intuitive, scalable HR software - helping them simplify everything from people management to performance and compliance. With recent acquisitions, expanding customer bases, and a focus on sustainable growth, it's an exciting time to join.

The internal People function is lean, smart, and highly respected, operating across multiple businesses and influencing strategy at the highest levels. As the team expands, they're looking for a People Partner to support growth, drive strategic projects, and build scalable systems for the future.

The Opportunity:

You'll work across all three brands, reporting into the group's People lead and playing a vital role in both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. This is not a reactive HR role - it's a chance to embed yourself in the business, act early, and shape how people, process, and performance evolve as the company scales.

Your Role:

Lead and deliver across a broad generalist remit: career frameworks, restructures, bereavement, L&D, and more Support and steer the upcoming HRIS transition Translate data into meaningful people insights that influence commercial decisions Partner closely with teams like Marketing and R&D, becoming their go-to for all things people Act as a proactive force on the ground - spotting risks, solving problems early, and staying ahead of the curve Operate as part of internal project squads, with freedom to drive initiatives and run with new ideas Collaborate with leadership on embedding scalable, people-first policies and practices

What You Bring:

Deep generalist experience - ideally around 6-8 years, with solid HR foundations Experience across People Ops, with a strategic mindset and commercial awareness Track record of navigating restructures, building frameworks, and driving L&D Comfortable with HR tech and HRIS systems - especially if you've helped lead a transition Confident in using people data to inform decisions and support business growth Experience in SaaS, high-growth, or multi-brand environments is a major plus Independent thinker who can take ownership and operate without micromanagement Curious about AI and its role in shaping the future of HR A natural collaborator with high emotional intelligence and a low-ego approach

What's in it for You:

Salary & Bonus:

Up to 60,000 base + 10% group bonus

Workstyle:

Hybrid setup with flexibility (offices in both London and Horsham)

Culture:

Supportive, humble, and impact-driven

Autonomy:

Lead your own projects with the trust and freedom to make decisions

Progression:

Whether you're CPO-bound or carving a different path, the runway is yours

Purpose:

Join a business that not only builds HR tech but also lives its own people values

Work Environment:

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, values-led environments. If you want to work where HR is taken seriously, where data and people go hand in hand, and where your voice genuinely matters - this could be the move that changes everything.
