Good understanding of GDPR Legislation.

Proficient in the use of IT, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel &Outlook.

Excellent planning and organising skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Working towards CIPD accreditation.

Primary point of contact for Project HR Lead.

Main contact for the response and solution of employee queries via mailboxes.

Ensure confidentiality is always maintained (Data Protection and GDPR) .

Ensure accurate and timely data entry onto HRIS systems.

Support with Payroll information as required.

Prepare and send out employee letters / notification where required.

Undertaking a range of general Human Resource functions within the project.

Maintain the employees' files, including filing and reducing excess paperwork contained in the files.

Ensuring all HRIS databases are kept accurate, up to date and maintained.

Responsible for the continual review and checking of:

-o Right to work Checko Data cleanseo Sicknesso Probation reviews

Champion EDI across all areas of the project.

Work on developmental projects as set by the HR Lead.
