Performance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Performance Manager. You will be interacting with the managers being proactive in your approach. Previous experience in the M&E sector would be great however it is not essential however you will need to display transferrable skills with the ones required in this role.

Job Objectives:

  • Reporting to the, Divisional Director the Performance Manager will provide support in the performance management of Planned, Reactive and Statutory maintenance activities across the national account.
  • The Post-holder will proactively use the available data to analyse the performance of individual and grouped contracts in relation to overall performance including compliance with both statutory and contract requirements, KPI performance and workforce efficiency.
  • The Performance Manager will proactively work to ensure JLL meet contract performance requirements, make recommendations for contract improvement and will monitor agreed improvement plans.
  • The Performance Manager will also provide monthly summary reports to the leadership team showing performance, identifying risks and recommended actions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To provide regular reports to the Leadership Team and Account Team on current performance, ensuring that delivery is aligned to performance indicators
  • Review and report on operational efficiency analysing items such as first-time fix ratios
  • Provide trend analysis of contract performance
  • Ensure contract teams utilize data and reports available to drive performance
  • Ensure and assist contract teams in complying with customer reporting requirements
  • Develop further reporting as required
Person Specification:
  • Be an excellent communicator with a high standard of inter-personal skills, that will allow effective communication to both clients and colleagues alike.
  • Experience in managing performance and compliance within a diverse and wide-ranging estate, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Facilities Management related role
  • The ability to independently manage your workload and prioritize as required, to enable the delivery of performance across the account
  • A pro-active approach in identifying risk through the performance management tools of the contract, whilst putting in place solutions in reducing or mitigating the risk away from the business
  • Commercially astute with an understanding of contractual requirements, identifying key revenue or efficiency opportunities which will help the contract meet its financial objectives
  • Good leadership skills allowing for a managed approach of our clients and customers
  • Customer focused approach to ensure that we deliver a compliant and high-quality service in line with KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • To lead the performance delivery of the sector working with the Account Teams to identify improvements for each client and taking key learnings back to the business for rectification and key learnings to improve our self-delivery and supply chain
