As part of our next phase of growth we are looking to grow our team in the UK to help facilitate some of our clients as they continue to expand into new markets in the UK and Europe.

THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role we are looking for someone to work part time around 12 hours a week to help support a growing list of clients expanding their operations to the UK.
As a Performance Manager, you'll lead paid media strategy and oversee execution across a portfolio of key clients. You'll have dedicated, direct reports to execute on platforms besides a shared pool of resources for strategy, creative, analysis and everything in-between so you will own performance outcomes end-to-end for your clients.
This role specifically takes responsibility for a number of our clients UK accounts, taking ownership of KPI's and channel plans to ensure delivery of results that continue to exceed client expectations. In addition to current clients, we will be looking for this person to work on new business in the UK market to help expand our growing footprint there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and lead performance marketing strategy across platforms
Translate business goals into clear, measurable paid media strategies
Act as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders
Drive optimisation, testing frameworks and performance insights
Work closely with the MD on account growth, innovation and capability building
Raise the bar on quality, efficiency and accountability across accounts
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
4+ years hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (strength in both preferred)
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve autonomously
Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering & exceeding performance KPIs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies & report to senior stakeholders
Ideal
Agency experience
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Exposure to eComm, lead gen and multi-channel strategies
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives improvement
