You'll work closely with brand, creative and data teams to test, learn and iterate at speed - with plenty of scope for career progression as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.
Drive customer acquisition through data-led performance marketing strategies.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and refine ad assets.
Report on campaign performance, using insights to improve ROI and CPA.
Continuously identify new growth opportunities and channel expansion strategies.
Essential Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok.
Proven track record managing D2C growth and paid acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making.
Comfortable working in a test-and-learn environment, driving rapid iteration.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, product or data teams.
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
