As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will help drive our lead generation by taking ownership of our paid performance channels, overseeing agency partners currently running campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Your primary focus will be on lead generation and optimizing for long sales cycles, using data to guide decisions and drive continuous performance improvement.
We're ambitious, so these channels are just a start which means additional experience across programmatic, LinkedIn, native ads or more would be beneficial.
We're also collaborative, with multiple marketing channels and platforms. A key part of this role is to understand the end-to-end journey of a lead from enquiry to sale and, as a marketer, help optimise that process. You'll be able to turn your hand to web analytics, content optimisation or CRM programmes. If there's an opportunity to use your marketing skills to improve the business outcome, you'll spot it and act on it.
This is a highly numerate, data-led role that requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of digital campaign architecture, and the ability to communicate performance insights clearly across the business.
You'll be used to working with sales teams and supporting them in converting the leads that your activity generates.
