Passion is a creative growth agency based in Liverpool. We combine strategy, content, and performance marketing to help brands scale with clarity and measurable impact. We're looking for a PPC Specialist with a strong understanding of both Paid Search and Paid Social who can manage and optimise campaigns across budgets ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 per month.
You'll work closely with our Paid Lead, SEO team, and creative departments to build high-performing campaigns that deliver results. This role is perfect for someone confident in hands-on campaign management who also understands how to interpret data and communicate performance clearly to clients and directors.
The role
You'll plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll take full ownership of setup, targeting, creative testing, and reporting. You'll ensure budgets are managed efficiently, performance targets are met, and clients understand the value behind every action.
You'll also contribute ideas to improve ad creative, landing page performance, and automation through AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Optimise campaigns daily for CPC, CPA, and ROAS across multiple clients
Confidently manage budgets ranging from 1k to 100k per month
Produce weekly and monthly reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and native platform data
Communicate results clearly to clients and directors, translating data into meaningful insights
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
Implement tracking and conversion measurement through Tag Manager and platform pixels
Test ad creative, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion performance
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop strong ad visuals and copy
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and new AI or automation tools
Support in developing internal SOPs and frameworks for campaign setup and optimisation
Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years' experience managing PPC campaigns across search and social
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Skilled in GA4, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager
Experience managing budgets of 1k-100k per month
Confident communicator with client-facing experience
Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
Strong attention to detail and time management
Familiar with AI and automation tools for performance tracking, copy generation, or optimisation
Understanding of how paid performance ties into wider digital strategy (SEO, CRO, and creative)
