About the role



We're hiring a results-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

to plan, launch, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You'll own performance end-to-end and be confident producing and testing high-converting ad variations to keep campaigns moving fast.

What you'll do



Build and manage campaigns from strategy to scale (full-funnel) Optimise budgets, targeting, bidding, and placements to hit KPI targets Maintain accurate tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, pixels/CAPI, conversion events, UTMs) Create and iterate ad assets quickly (static and short-form video edits) and run structured creative testing Report on results clearly, turning data into actions and improvements

What we're looking for



Proven track record delivering strong performance (leads, sales, subscriptions, bookings) Strong optimisation mindset and testing methodology Confident with analytics, tracking, and diagnosing performance issues Comfortable producing/editing ad assets using tools like Canva/CapCut or similar Clear communicator with strong ownership and attention to detail

Growth & performance reviews



We're planning to scale massively in 2026, and this role is central to that growth. As we expand the team, you'll have

regular performance reviews and progression opportunities

based on results and impact.

Hybrid / Remote approach



This is a

hybrid-remote role

. You can work remotely day-to-day, with

occasional office days scheduled when needed

for planning, collaboration, reviews, or key project phases.
