Overview


MTH Contracts Ltd action works on behalf of M Group, Telent and BT Openreach, connecting and maintaining the BT network in and around the Essex area.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in Permitting, coordinating and organising various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

They will need to ensure they can work under pressure and excellent people skills to work alongside the project managers and other members of our team.

Previous experience of working in a small office environment is desired and working with Street Manager, MTS System OPTIMUS, Telent System SOLO.

Duties



Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and resources for project execution. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of project progress. Utilise Google Docs for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members. Manage phone communications with stakeholders, demonstrating professional phone etiquette at all times. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to management on progress.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with Permitting within Street Manager. Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy. Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential. Experience with Permitting within Street Manager is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective stakeholder interaction. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Monday to Friday 40 Hrs per week, 28 Days holiday (includes bank holidays)

Due to the location of the office car/driving license is required, Full onsite parking, Casual dress.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
