As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly capable and professional Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join a close-knit team in a varied and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations
Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
Organising and maintaining the company diary, including bookings and appointments
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers on a regular basis
Supporting the director and wider team with various business administration tasks
Identifying opportunities to streamline tasks, improve internal systems, and increase efficiency
Taking initiative to solve problems and assist in the ongoing development of the company
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common administrative software
A proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
