TWC Facilities Ltd seeks a proactive, highly organised, and detail-driven Personal Assistant & Compliance Officer to support our General Manager and other senior management and ensure the business maintains strong operational, legal, and industry-specific compliance. This hybrid role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day administrative needs while safeguarding the company's adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal standards.
Experience in administration/PA duties and compliance processes is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Assistant Duties
Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager and other senior leadership.
Manage diaries, appointments, and scheduling of meetings.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical) and document management.
Support with internal communication and task follow-ups to ensure operational flow.
2. Compliance Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain company compliance records, certifications, and documentation.
Assist with ensuring adherence to relevant health & safety, employment, industry, and data protection regulations.
Conduct internal audits and routine compliance checks across operational departments.
Liaise with external bodies, auditors, and regulatory organisations when required.
Track and manage renewal dates for accreditations, insurances, training, and licences.
Ensure company policies and procedures remain up-to-date and are communicated effectively across teams.
Support in risk assessments, method statements, and compliance-related reporting.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong administrative or personal assistant experience.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Desirable
Previous experience in a compliance-focused role (H&S, data protection, quality management, etc.)
Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements relevant to facilities management or construction.
Experience maintaining compliance systems or audit trails.
Understanding of ISO standards or accreditation frameworks (e.g. CHAS, SafeContractor)
