Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our small husband and wife team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, various administrative tasks and supporting the Directors of the business. This role requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and a strong proficiency in office software. The key role in supporting the Directors of the business and enhancing overall productivity.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records, CRM (internal software), Xero, Microsoft OneDrive.
Utilise Google Suite, Xero, OneDrive, CRM (internal Software) for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
Maintain financial records using Xero, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping tasks.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate workflow.
Prepare reports and presentations as required, demonstrating strong computer skills.
Skills
Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident to interact with clients.
Ability to perform data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experince with social media planning & design, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.

Pay:
15,000.00-22,000.00 per year (depending on role & experience)

22.5 - 30 hours per week
