Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the company directors.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Maintain organized records and files for efficient operations.
Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various tasks.
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for families visiting our facility.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Utilise accountancy software
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience with clerical tasks and data entry preferred.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Compassionate demeanor suitable for the funeral service context.
