Personal Assistant role supporting cultured, retired businessman working alongside a supportive team.
Job Summary:
The Principal - a cultured, retired businessman with diverse personal interests spanning the arts, culture, travel, gardens, and wellness - is seeking a Lifestyle Executive PA to oversee and enrich his day-to-day life and that of his family.
Based in Holland Park, you'll be the calm, capable right hand ensuring his time, properties, and personal commitments run seamlessly alongside a team of PAs. This is a highly trusted role requiring exceptional discretion, intuitive support, and absolute dedication - with the Principal deeply valuing a long-term commitment and professional growth.
Job specification:
The client prefers a face to face working arrangement so office based will be requirement during work hours. Areas of responsibility will include but not limited to:
Personal Life Management

  • Act as the Principal's primary point of coordination for appointments, diaries, household logistics, and personal schedules - optimising every moment of his day.
  • Be a calm, steady presence: an extension of the Principal, enabling him to focus without distraction.
Health & Wellness Support
  • Liaise with a network of global health specialists
  • Manage medical schedules, supplement stock, records, and appointments, attending key visits when needed.
  • Research emerging wellness and longevity practices and devices
Property & Domestic Oversight
  • Oversee the Principal's London residences and coordinate with household staff in Spain and other locations alongside an existing PA
Lifestyle & Cultural Curation
  • Source and plan cultural activities: performances, art exhibitions, historic visits, gardens, countryside escapes, and more.
  • Liaise with exclusive memberships and concierge services (Private members clubs, etc.) to create a rich, fulfilling lifestyle calendar.
Travel Planning
  • Organise complex, high-end travel, from private jets and yachts to hand-crafted, hour-by-hour itineraries.
  • Source premium local guides and unique experiences for each destination.
Wardrobe & Styling
  • Manage an extensive, digitally archived wardrobe of over 1,500 pieces.
  • Oversee stylists, tailoring, and ensure the Principal is perfectly prepared for every occasion.
Sourcing & Networking
  • Secure access to the best people, services, and products - often at short notice.
  • Build and maintain trusted networks in multiple industries.
Pet Care
  • The family's beloved golden retriever is part of your remit: vet visits, groomers, and daily logistics.
Candidate specification:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience supporting UHNWI or senior-level HNW families
  • Calm, and intuitive approach - you are an unflappable presence
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English (Russian a bonus, but not essential).
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable researching and learning new tools ChatGPT, translators, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Perplexity, YouTube, etc.) to streamline work.
  • Authentic, empathetic, and culturally aware - with a genuine passion for the arts and lifestyle curation.
  • Holds valid passport and Right-to-Work documentation; driving licence preferred
  • Committed to building a long-term, trusted partnership - this is not a stepping stone
