We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to assist the business owner at a small construction company in Park Royal, NW10. As a PA, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and note-taking
- Prepare and edit correspondence
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with event planning and organization
- Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
