Personal Assistant to Professor - VisitHealth Clinic, London

We are now seeking a

highly skilled and motivated Personal Assistant

to work directly with a

senior Professor

at our clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join a

and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Professor's clinical, research, and administrative activities.

Role Overview



This is a

full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week)

with a

flexible, irregular schedule

to accommodate the Professor's professional commitments, which may include occasional evenings and weekends. You will work

on-site at VisitHealth Clinic in London

, supporting both professional and administrative aspects of the Professor's busy schedule.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the

primary point of contact

for the Professor, managing communications with patients, colleagues, and external partners with extremely attentiveness to the schedule and all the information. Coordinate the Professor's

clinical schedule, communicate with patients, research activities, and academic commitments

, including meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements. Organise

travel arrangements

, prepare itineraries, and ensure smooth logistics for all professional activities. Manage

confidential and sensitive documents

with the highest level of discretion. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence in both

English and Russian

. Support the Professor with day-to-day operational needs, including ad hoc tasks, to ensure efficient workflow and time management. Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and ensure that the Professor's clinical and academic activities run seamlessly.

Requirements



Proven experience as a

Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

, preferably within a healthcare, academic, or corporate setting.

Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)

- both languages are essential for day-to-day tasks. Exceptional

organizational and multitasking skills

, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. High level of

professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills

when dealing with sensitive matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools. A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
