We're looking for an organised, proactive, and confident

Personal Assistant

to support our Directors on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). Based in London, with the option for some hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced and supportive business environment.

Your role will include:



Managing diaries and scheduling appointments Reaching out to clients via email, phone Attending occasional client meetings (London-based) Assisting with sales admin and lead management Social media updates and communication Handling follow-up calls and supporting new business development

What we're looking for:



Strong organisational and communication skills A professional and friendly manner Confidence with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office A self-starter who's comfortable working independently Previous PA or admin experience is a bonus, but not essential - training will be provided
