Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records (Google Drive, CRM)
Assist with clerical duties such as printing, filing, and scanning documents.
Provide administrative support to the Director as required.
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments or meetings.
Organize, clean, and update existing data records.
Create and maintain tracking systems for administrative tasks.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years administrate / Personal assistant experience.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented approach to data entry and record management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative best practices.
