Job purpose:



You'll be based at our Manchester City Centre office Union based opposite the town hall. Supporting the senior management team, providing PA support to 5 members of the team as well as overseeing the coordination of our head office functions alongside our Office Coordinator.


What you'll be doing:


Proactive coordination of all group meetings, including diary & attendance management, preparation of agenda, reports, action lists and data needed for meetings Proactive and day to day diary management Inbox management Travel booking, expense management and coordination for the team PO raising and invoice management Build relationships across Bruntwood SciTech understanding the business and connecting the dots. Collate and format board papers, management papers and reports Attend meetings and take succinct minutes Manage ad-hoc enquiries and day to day issues as they arise Working alongside the wider Personal Assistant team, including cover and additional support for the Executive Management Team when required Line management of the Office Coordinator Responsible for office administration and standards in our head office

What we're looking for:


Ultimately we're looking for previous Personal Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders Managing multiple priorities effectively - this will be an engaging, busy role with a lot of job satisfaction for someone who enjoys this environment Proven experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive data/information Line Management experience would be a bonus but not a must You'll work as part of a PA team, so you'll enjoy collaborating with peers, supporting each other with priorities The Personal Assistant experience takes priority, however additional office coordination/management experience would be advantageous
