Contract: Full time (37 hours per week)

FTC \xe2\x80\x93 6 months with possible extension

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Exec Support Team in supporting our Corporate Directors. You will act as the first point of contact for a Corporate Director.

Are you a confident communicator with proven experience of providing high quality, confidential, proactive and comprehensive administrative support to senior management? Interested, we would welcome your application.

Job responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the Corporate Directors\xe2\x80\x99 diaries, review diary commitments with both internal and external contacts, exercising a high level of judgement on priorities.
  • Ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for attendance at external events and meetings, including booking travel and hotel accommodation.
  • Utilise a wide range of IT systems and in-house applications to update, review and produce reports, presentations and maintain databases.
  • Maintaining of paperwork/documentation in relevant systems to ensure all files are up to date and accurate.
  • Production accurate minutes of meetings with clear actions and progress chasing
What we are looking for:
  • A good standard of education at GCSE C or above (Level 2+)
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role supporting Senior Managers or Directors
  • The ability to use IT application packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Experience of maintain high levels of confidentiality, trust and integrity
  • Flexible approach to hybrid working in order to meet needs of senior manager
