We are seeking an organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the team and manager in our office.
The ideal candidate will be incredibly driven and have the ability to work over-time from home as and when needed.
Responsibilities
Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle clerical duties including filing, scanning, document preparation, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement as needed.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries.
Assist with book keeping tasks using ClearBooks as required.
Support various administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
No experience needed just a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical tasks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with bookkeeping systems is preferred but not essential.
A professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
