Investa Finance is a directly authorised mortgage advice firm, specialising in residential, Buy-to-Let, portfolio landlords and complex lending. We are seeking a highly organised
Personal Assistant & Operations Coordinator
to support the Managing Director and keep the business running smoothly during a key period of growth.
Duties
Manage the Managing Director's diary, inbox and priorities
Track tasks, projects and internal workflows
Onboard clients and maintain CRM data accuracy
Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients to progress cases
Handle incoming calls and book appointments
Prepare documents, organise files and support compliance checks
Issue invoices and complete basic monthly reconciliations
Coordinate team meetings and adviser updates
Support marketing admin (social media posts, organising and scheduling content)
Other general admin tasks including keying applications
Look for ways to improve processes and keep the business organised
Requirements
2+ years' experience in PA, admin, operations or customer service roles
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Tech-confident (One Drive, CRMs, MS Office, Excel, Trello etc.)
Professional, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Discreet, reliable and happy working in a small, fast-paced firm
Mortgage/financial services experience helpful but not essential
Must be able to commute reliably to Forest Gate, London
