What you would be doing...
The young boy is
non-verbal
and
sensory seeking
, with a lively personality and a love of movement. He enjoys exploring his environment and being active, so supervision and attentiveness are essential, particularly when out and about, as he likes to run.
The PA will support him at home and in the local community with
care routines, school runs, and light household tasks
, helping to create a calm and structured environment.
Ideally has a
background in childcare
or experience supporting
children with special needs
.
Friendly, patient, and honest
character who can build a trusting relationship.
No driving requirement, but
local applicants (Bushey area)
preferred.

The ideal person will be kind, calm, and reliable, with a genuine interest in supporting children with autism. They will enjoy helping a young child thrive through patience, consistency, and positive interaction, while providing practical help for the family day-to-day.
