Care and Companionship with Emma Ltd is an award-finalist and thriving Pembrokeshire based business that is seeking a friendly, hard-working, kind, reliable and motivated individual to provide care, support and companionship to individuals living in their own homes, across Pembrokeshire.

This role includes taking individuals out in to the community so therefore, you must have business insurance and a full, clean, driving licence with the willing to use your own vehicle.

Minimal personal care may be required for some clients.

This is a rewarding role, where you will build up a positive relationship with the clients you support, assisting them to live well at home by supporting clients with either household chores, administering medication, shopping, meal preparation as well as accessing activities within the community.

All mileage paid for, as well as business insurance, DBS and all mandatory training.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time hours available.

Salary: 12.50 per hour to be re-assessed after a successful 3-month probation period.

Mileage paid from the start of your first call

Day range: Monday to Friday (not excluding evening/weekends, Bank Holidays if required)

Physical setting: Homecare

Shift: Day shift with the opportunity for nights shifts.

Applicants must have:

Full driving license

Must understand the importance of Safeguarding

Must be pro-active and self-motivated

Must be honest and reliable

Excellent communication and organisational skills

The ability to work alone or as part of a team

Understanding of the importance of client confidentiality

A good work ethic and a willingness to learn

COVID-19 considerations:

Hand sanitiser to be carried as well as frequent hand washing to be carried out.

PPE to be worn at clients request.
