Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Personal Assistant

to support a female Director with day-to-day administrative, organisational, and operational duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role provides the opportunity to develop professionally while offering essential support at executive level.

Key Duties



Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate business and personal meetings Handle all correspondence (email, phone, written) with professionalism and accuracy

Handle phone calls from the base site as well as digital enquiries across multiple platforms

Assist with invoicing control, reconciliation, and cross-checking for accuracy Support with preparing and reviewing P&L information Create reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Perform accurate data entry using platforms such as QuickBooks and standard office software Support marketing activities, including campaign preparation, responding to enquiries, and content submissions Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems Assist with personal tasks and errands as required Arrange parcel deliveries, collections, and related logistics Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers when needed Provide general administrative support across operational areas Assist with HR-related tasks as directed Carry out audits on suppliers and follow up on required actions

Skills & Requirements



Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or similar tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (desirable) Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail Strong clerical skills including filing, document preparation, and record keeping Exceptional phone etiquette and professional written communication Fast and accurate typing skills Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment High level of discretion and confidentiality Training provided in BrightHR, Dentally, and other essential software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
