We're a fast-growing property investment and management company based in Carlisle. We handle everything from sourcing and developing investment projects to managing HMOs and short-term rentals across the North. Our business is expanding quickly, and we're looking for a Personal Assistant to help the Director stay focused, organised, and effective every day.
The Role
This isn't a typical admin role -- we need someone who can make things happen.
You'll be the right-hand person to the Director, turning ideas into action, keeping projects and people organised, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
If you're proactive, organised, and love taking ownership, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the Director's inbox, WhatsApp, calendar, and to-do list.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and property viewings.
Send memorandums of sale, contracts, and investor documents.
Keep company files, investor folders, and property trackers fully updated.
Chase team members, tenants, contractors, and suppliers for progress.
Support social media and marketing organisation (posts, captions, uploads).
Ensure tasks get done -- from small admin to large project coordination.
What We're Looking For
Highly organised and detail-focused.
Fast with tech: Google Drive, Monday.com, Canva, Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp.
Confident communicator who can deal with investors, builders, and staff.
Problem-solver who takes initiative and finds solutions quickly.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Pay: 30,000.00-75,000.00 per year
