The Role

This is not your typical PA job -- it's a hybrid role combining executive support, project management, and startup operations. You'll work directly with the Director to bring ideas to life, assemble a creative team, and drive day-to-day execution across projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Work side-by-side with the Director to develop and execute new business projects. Help build the core team - from web and graphic designers to content creators and marketing specialists. Coordinate website launches, ensuring visuals, content, and functionality all align with brand goals. Research and set up key business systems including payment gateways, client management, and marketing tools. Assist in developing social media campaigns, manage posting schedules, and track engagement and results. Handle daily operations such as scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination. Liaise with freelancers, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on track and on brand. Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing, branding, and product launches. Bring structure, systems, and organisation to a fast-evolving business.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a PA, Operations Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role -- ideally in digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative industries. A natural organiser and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of tools like Shopify, WordPress, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Workspace. Excellent communication and people skills. Entrepreneurial mindset -- confident making decisions and getting things done. Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping an eye on the big picture.

Nice to Have

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce operations. Understanding of branding, paid ads, and creative content development. A creative flair or design sensibility.

Pay: 24,420.00-40,347.21 per year
