We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including assistance with general internal accounting, dealing with local authority and insurances. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Maintain an organised office environment by managing clerical tasks as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the organisation. . Support special projects or initiatives as directed by the Director.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A keen eye for detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
