As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our director in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Role Overview


The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Director, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient management of schedules, tasks, and priorities. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and work schedules

Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas

Coordinate internal and external meetings.

Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items

Maintain organised filing systems and documentation

Liaise with staff, clients, and partners in a professional manner

Support the Director in day-to-day operational tasks

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proficiency with CRM and job management software.

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Professional, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Pay: 24,500.00-30,500.00 per year
