: Personal Assistant Company: Stateside Distribution Limited Location: Syston, Leicester --- About Us: Stateside Distribution Limited is a rapidly growing importer and wholesaler of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) products. Specialising in the import and export of confectionery, beverages and snack products from across the globe. --- Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director Salary: \xc2\xa323,000 to \xc2\xa325,000 per annum Hours: Full time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize daily tasks and appointments on behalf of the Managing Director. 2. Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, relaying messages, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey. 3. Document Management: Prepare, review, and store documents, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure all records are kept up to date and organized. 4. Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, taking minutes when required, and coordinate logistics for company events. 5. Liaison: Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director. 6. General Duties: Assist in the daily operations of the office, which may include tasks like filing, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies. 7. Bookkeeping and Accounts: Basic knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting processes would be advantageous. 8. Special Projects: Undertake any special projects or tasks as assigned by the Managing Director. --- Qualifications and Skills:

  • - Proven experience in a similar role or administrative position.
  • - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • - Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • - Basic knowledge in bookkeeping and some understanding of accounts is advantageous.
  • - A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • - Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
