Simon Smith Online Limited is a leading name in the UK property investment education space, with a proven track record spanning over six years. We've trained thousands of aspiring property entrepreneurs and built a reputation for delivering cutting-edge strategy, world-class content, and tangible results.
Our core specialism lies in online property education and digital mentorship, equipping everyday individuals with the tools to generate income through creative property strategies, without the need to own assets upfront. We're proud to say that we're not just a training company; we're an industry benchmark for innovation, authenticity, and operational excellence.
As a remote-first, digital business, we move fast, think big, and stay laser-focused on impact. Our culture is built on trust, pace, and excellence, and we're looking for sharp minds who want to contribute meaningfully, grow rapidly, and work directly with industry leaders shaping the future of property education.
Our CEO, who also serves as Sales Director, leads a high-performing team focused on growth and impact, and we are now seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to the Sales Director to help drive efficiency, clarity, and coordination across the sales function. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and has a passion for both operations and execution.
Role Overview
This is not your average PA role. You'll be the right hand to the Sales Director (our CEO), streamlining both day-to-day sales operations and key administrative functions. You'll take ownership of tasks that ensure the team runs like clockwork, managing calendars, chasing actions, preparing performance reports, and keeping communication lines sharp.
Your support will directly impact our ability to close deals, maintain high client satisfaction, and grow the business. You must be both detail-obsessed and people-smart, equally comfortable chasing invoices as you are handling sensitive information or preparing a slide deck.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritise both the sales team's as well as the Sales Director's calendar, communications, and meetings
Track, cross-check, and follow up on sales commission invoices
Monitor team leave and coordinate diary schedules across the sales function
Chase overdue client payments and liaise with the finance team where needed
Ensure the CRM is kept up to date and sales workflows are properly tracked
Prepare performance dashboards, presentations, and reports for internal meetings
Conduct research and compile data to support sales strategy and decision-making
Coordinate in-person and online events, including liaising with venues, timings, dietary requirements, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential correspondence and be a trusted gatekeeper to the CEO/Sales Director
Provide exceptional support to the team by managing documentation, onboarding, and task follow-ups
Utilise Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems like Hubspot or Ontraport to coordinate daily operations
Perform ad hoc admin tasks to support the smooth running of the business
