Personal Assistant

to support the owner and help streamline day-to-day operations.

The Role:


As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business by supporting the owner with a variety of administrative, organisational, and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage diaries, appointments, and scheduling for the company director Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions Assist with HR administration, timesheets, and staff coordination Support with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and supplier/client communications Maintain accurate records, files, and office systems Liaise with clients and contractors professionally and efficiently Help coordinate logistics for jobs and projects

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet Knowledge of the grounds maintenance or construction sector is a bonus but not essential A driver's licence is advantageous
