Personal Assistant Wanted - Property rental Business + Renovation
We are looking for a proactive, organised
Personal Assistant
to support the day-to-day
family office
and running of our busy
holiday property development and rental business.
This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of office work, property management, creative projects, and outdoor tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Managing guest bookings, enquiries, and check-ins/outs
Coordinating cleaning schedules, maintenance, and contractor visits
Assisting with social media, advertising, and listings for holiday properties and furniture sales
Helping plan and organise renovation projects
Maintaining basic records, calendars, and inventory/Chrome
Running errands, sourcing materials, and general support across the businesses
Occasional hands-on help
About You
Highly organised, reliable, and self-motivated
Friendly and confident dealing with guests and suppliers
Comfortable juggling varied tasks and working independently
Good communication and basic computer skills. Spreadsheets- social media
Interest in property development, or rural life is a bonus
Full driving licence.
