We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Perform data entry tasks accurately within various software programmes, including QuickBooks
Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and event planning as required
Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Support general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication
Monitor and respond to emails promptly, prioritising urgent matters
Requirements
Proven administrative experience or office experience demonstrating organisational capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good typing speed and familiarity with clerical procedures
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
Prior experience in clerical roles or office support is advantageous
