The Role



As a Personal Client Manager you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Norton customers. You will have your own client book which you'll manage throughout the customer's journey; being their primary point of contact, providing expert guidance, insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. Your role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible insurance cover while fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver exceptional service across all client interactions, ensuring professionalism and accuracy. Provide expert insurance advice, guidance and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have the appropriate cover for their assets. Dealing with: New Business enquiries, Renewals, Mid-term adjustments and premium financing arrangements, all whilst handling client queries with efficiency and care. Review client policies regularly to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Drive sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.

What We're Looking For



Proven sales and customer service skills, ideally from a client-focused industry. Confident having open & engaging conversations with the ability to listen and steer conversations accordingly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to think on your feet and address client needs efficiently. A positive attitude, team spirit, and alignment with our values.

What You'll Need



A minimum of GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) A desire to thrive in a dynamic, values-driven environment. A passion for building lasting relationships and delivering excellence.
