We are seeking highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support individuals in their own homes. Assistants will be managed by us but ultimately employed by the client they look after, building their own portfolios and working in small teams, with a variety of individuals.
Duties
Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary support is given
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion. On behalf of theor client
Assist with activities of daily living. This may nclude personal care, cleaning and continence support.
Help individuals to achieve their goals and encourage positive person centred outcomes for those they are supporting.

The ability to understand issues facing the most vulnerable living in their communities
Willing to undertake further training and register with Social Care Wales.
Clear enhanced DBS
AWIF or NVQ2 desirable.
