Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Development (PD) Facilitator to join our Student Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the College PD Strategy, supporting the success of individual learners and groups by delivering engaging and impactful PD sessions. This role involves planning, developing, and contributing to the creation of content for PD group sessions.

Essential Criteria:



Experience working with learners in a teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching role Commitment to a customer-focused and learner-centred experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds GCSE English & Maths, grade C/4 or above A teaching qualification is desirable

Daily Responsibilities:



Deliver the PD curriculum to groups of learners, developing their knowledge and skills beyond the technical and vocational Plan, develop, and review the PD Curriculum/Scheme of Learning/Resources as part of the PD Team Ensure timetabled PD group sessions stretch and challenge learners to reach their full potential
