to support Neal, a young man living in Auchterarder. Your role will be to help him achieve his goals and enjoy a fulfilling, independent life.

About Neal

Neal enjoys spending time in his own space at home, often relaxing with his iPad or phone. Neal thrives when he feels motivated and enjoys outdoor activities. He appreciates having a clear plan for the day, knowing who will support him, and having promises kept.


Our primary aim is to respect Neal, value him, and support him to live a purposeful and independent life. This involves encouraging Neal to develop routines, socialise, and increase his independence within his home and community.


Neal's daily routine includes personal care tasks such as showering, which may require visual prompts and gentle support to ensure thoroughness. A key goal is to support Neal in developing independence with daily activities, such as setting the table and eating together.
