A well-regarded law firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters on behalf of claimants.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling their own caseload, including RTA, EL/PL, and clinical negligence claims. You will be responsible for managing files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial and should be confident dealing with complex and high-value claims.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including fast and multi-track files Handle RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence claims Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives Ensure key deadlines and financial targets are met
What we need from you:
Experience in claimant personal injury work Strong technical knowledge and understanding of litigation procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills Strong organisational ability and time management Client-focused with an empathetic approach and commercial awareness Previous experience of managing high-value/complex claims is desirable
