team.The Role:
We are seeking a
Personal Injury Paralegal, CILEx or Qualified Solicitor
to join our dedicated team. You will handle a range of PI matters, from initial instruction through to settlement, working closely with clients, medical experts, and insurers.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of Personal Injury files (primarily RTA, EL, PL) Draft legal documents, witness statements, and court bundles Liaise with clients, experts, insurers, and counsel Conduct legal research and maintain accurate file records Ensure compliance with internal policies and SRA regulations Work to deadlines and billing targets Attend court hearings where necessary (for qualified candidates)
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Personal Injury department is essential Strong knowledge of pre-action protocol and PI litigation procedures Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage workload independently and work under pressure Competence in using case management systems (LEAP experience desirable) For solicitor applicants - must hold a valid practising certificate in England & Wales CILEx or candidates currently undertaking training also considered
