Manage your own daily task list and hit deadlines, using Proclaim to keep files up to date.
Draft, collate and verify initial claim documents; ensure CFA packs and client-care letters are signed and correct before issue.
Arrange medical examinations with external agencies and chase reports.
Schedule and attend telephone conferences with counsel, experts, defendants and insurers; take detailed notes for the litigation team.
Explain court timetables, procedural documents and medical reports to clients and / or carers in plain language.
Attend conferences with counsel and, where required, court hearings alongside solicitors or litigation executives.
Provide regular written and telephone updates to clients, defendants and all third parties.
Assist with costs schedules, settlement negotiations and Part 36 offers, ensuring prompt recovery once a case concludes.
Pick up any ad-hoc tasks from team leaders or fee earners to keep cases moving smoothly.
Supports Manager's role by completing work when requested
Support our marketing team by sharing case insights for blog posts, social updates and client FAQs, helping us reach and educate more Polish claimants.
