Personal Injury Solicitor / Fee Earner - EL/PL & Fast-Track RTA | 50,000 | Remote (Manchester-Based Firm)
Clarke Legal Specialists are working with a respected Manchester-based law firm that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their expanding litigation team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied caseload of Fast-Track RTA, EL, and PL claims all while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
Managing your own caseload of Fast-Track EL/PL and RTA litigation files
Issuing proceedings and progressing files through to settlement or trial
Liaising with clients, defendants, counsel, and medical experts
Maintaining high standards of file management and client care
Requirements:
Proven experience handling litigated Fast-Track Personal Injury claims (EL/PL/RTA)
Strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal and litigation processes
Confident issuing proceedings and conducting files independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role
