We have a vacancy for a Personal Injury Solicitor/ litigator. The suitable candidate will run a caseload of your own caseload of RTA matters consisting of Part 7 fast-track cases, MOJ Stage 3 and Litigated OIC cases. You will be capable of handling your own caseload from beginning to end and have experience in drafting Court proceedings whilst delivering excellent client care and meeting realistic billing targets. This role will suit someone who has exceptional organisational and excellent file handling skills.
Required Skills and Experience
An ability to manage and organise your own caseload.
Litigation experience.
Capable of handling your own caseload with minimum supervision.
Good technical ability and enthusiastic.
Experience using Proclaim cases management system would good
