This is a hybrid role:

mostly remote with planned office days to keep us connected.

What you'll do

Manage your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated EL, PL and RTA files, delivering excellent client care and confident litigation at every stage.

You will:

Negotiate with insurers, insureds and third-party solicitors for fast, fair settlements and costs recovery. Review liability, quantum and all evidential material; issue proceedings where appropriate. Progress files from instruction to conclusion, preparing bundles and briefing counsel when needed. Drive every matter through Proclaim to hit deadlines, MI targets and service levels. Share case wins and insights with our marketing team to boost your professional profile (and the firm's).

What we're looking for

Solid EL/PL litigation experience (RTA exposure a bonus) Proven advocacy, negotiation and file-management skills. Comfort working in a largely paper-light environment and confident with Proclaim. A client-first mindset and genuine team spirit.
