Personal Injury Team Leader.
Join a Leading Law Firm We are working with a well-regarded law firm who are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Team Leader to take charge of their dynamic department.
The Role:
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of fee earners handling a caseload of personal injury matters.
You'll provide day-to-day support, ensure targets and compliance standards are met, and drive performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and motivating a team of PI fee earners, paralegals, and assistants Handling your own reduced caseload of personal injury claims Conducting regular file reviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Delivering training, coaching, and performance management Driving efficiency, quality, and client care within the department
About You:
Proven experience in personal injury law (RTA, EL/PL, or general PI) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others Solid knowledge of case management systems and compliance procedures Excellent communication and organisational abilities
