with stores situated in various locations throughout Glasgow. We are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our customers shopping needs are exceeded and building lasting relationships.

We are currently looking for motivated, committed and hard-working petrol station assistants in our Bridgeton Site to be a part of our future growth.

Shifts

Must be flexible with shifts

The role of petrol station assistant involves:

Watching and monitoring the store and forecourt ensuring customers have a great experience.

Authorising fuel pumps, serving customers and being responsible for cash handing / card payments.

Assisting with stock control and management within the store including accepting and checking new deliveries, re-stocking shelves, manual lifting of heavy stock, rotating stock, date checking and ensuring the store is fully stocked at all times.

Providing general advice and guidance to customers on shop products, services and offers.

General cleaning and housekeeping within the store.

Awareness of security in the store including looking out for shoplifters, fraudulent money and fraudulent bank cards.

About you:

Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment preferred

Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including early starts and late finishes

Willing to provide support and cover for holidays and sickness when required

A passion for delivering world class service

An excellent work ethic and ability to use own initiative

A positive attitude and professional demeanour

A friendly and engaging personality

A strong desire to learn and develop

Reference checking will be completed

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
