Job Description

An experienced accuracy checking registered pharmacy technician or an excellent dispenser is required to work in our busy substance misuse and nomad pack departments.

Come and join our friendly team featuring an excellent staff and robotic Nomad pack dispenser. You will be responsible for co-ordinating ordering of prescriptions, accuracy checking nomad packs, hospital discharges, answering queries from carers and patients, talking to substance misuse patients and dispensing to them.

We are an independent pharmacy and we have been offering pharmacy services to the city of Sheffield every day since 1952. Our staff are very important in our majority employee-owned company.

The rota would be Sunday 10am -4pm, and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, 8am -5pm. There is an option to work on Thursdays too.

Must be:

A registered technician with accuracy checking qualifications or a qualified dispenser with evidence of experience and excellence.

Must have:

A GCSE or equivalent grade C in Maths

Would prefer:

Nomad pack experience

Substance misuse experience

Hours of Work:

Up to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
