We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice to join our healthcare team. Duties
Assist with medication preparation and organisation under supervision, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Support pharmacy staff with medication administration procedures, adhering to established protocols.
Provide compassionate patient care by answering queries and offering assistance within the pharmacy setting.
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed and patient interactions in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Help organise stock levels, check expiry dates, and ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy area.
Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of pharmaceutical products, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management as required.
Experience
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or related healthcare role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of medication administration processes is advantageous.
Strong interest in patient care and healthcare services is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail are required to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
