As our clinic coordinator, it will be your duty to greet and serve all our patients in a friendly and highly professional manner. You'll be expected to answer inquiries in a timely manner, check patients in for their appointments, call patients to verify appointments, and collect patient information. There will also be some marketing tasks involved, therefore experience of social media will be ideal.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, or taking down messages
Collecting patient information and providing it to relevant medical leads
Tracking availability and preparing patients before their appointments
Informing medical staff when patient has arrived or is waiting
Ensuring that each patient has the proper documentation and sign in sheets
Ensuring clinic is clean, tidy and well presented at all times
Marketing and promotional tasks
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Liaising with other healthcare organisations
Experience
Must have receptionist experience within NHS or private health-care setting
Experience of delivering basic healthcare services (preferred) training will be provided where necessary
Attention to detail
Professional in appearance
Must be proactive
Can use your own initiative and self motivated
Working independently
Must be confident enough to promote our services to local gp's, private schools etc.
